• Is TBJ always available?

  TBJ strives for reliability, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Continuous access is not guaranteed at all times.

• Are refunds available?

  All paid plans are non-refundable once activated. Refunds are considered only in exceptional cases such as duplicate charges or billing errors attributable to TBJ.

• Do subscriptions auto-renew?

  The Discover Plan has auto-renewal enabled. Spotlight and Partnership plans do not auto-renew by default. Notifications may be sent before expiry.

• Why can others see my profile but not my contact details?

  Profiles are visible after verification. However, contact details for sellers are available only after activating a paid plan. Users can browse other profiles even without a paid plan.

• Login methods on TBJ

  TBJ supports login using email and password as well as OTP-based verification. Both email and phone number verification are mandatory for account activation.
