TBJ does not provide self-service cancellation. Cancellation requests must be sent directly to the TBJ team before the next billing date to prevent renewal.
All paid plans are non-refundable once activated. Refunds are considered only in exceptional cases such as duplicate charges or billing errors attributable to TBJ.
